The first plant-based dairy product made out of Tigernuts.

Tigernuts are root vegetables indigenous to West Africa and Eastern Spain. They are high in prebiotic fiber, healthy fats, iron, and pottasium, but low in sugar and carbs. We are transforming Tigernuts into a household staple like Banza did for chickpeas and Oatly for oats.

Meet the Founding Team

Grace Bronstein is a former litigation attorney with twin passions for wellness and sustainability. She spent time in the environmental space at Columbia Law school, working for the Environmental Legal Clinic and serving as Senior Editor of the Environmental Law Journal. Grace struggled to find a plant-based milk that was healthy, delicious, and sustainable, until she discovered tigernut milk.

Key Milestones

  • A La Colombe former Managing Partner has joined as Head of Sales, bringing valuable industry expertise and a strong cafe network.

  • Secured commitments from multiple high-profile coffee chains in NYC, demonstrating traction and market demand in a key region.

  • Gained commitments from hotels in Miami and Las Vegas, marking expansion into the hospitality industry in major tourist destinations with large purchase orders.

  • Onboarded a dedicated sales and operations team to launch Spill in early 2025.
